Welcome, I'm So Glad You're Here

Reaching out for support takes courage, and finding the right therapist can sometimes feel overwhelming. My hope is that you experience this space as one of comfort and care, a place where you can exhale, be yourself, and know you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

About Me

Approach & Commitment

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with individuals, couples, and families seeking healing, growth, and healthier relationships. I am committed to creating a compassionate, supportive, and safe environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. It is a true privilege to walk alongside people as they process difficult experiences, gain new insight, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I honor each person’s unique story while helping them build practical tools for everyday life. Together, we may work to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen self-understanding, regulate emotions, and restore connection, to self and to others. Whether you are facing anxiety, relationship stress, identity questions, life transitions, or the weight of past experiences, I strive to meet you with patience, respect, and steady support.

Modalities & Who I Work With

I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s needs and goals, including family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based approaches, solution-focused therapy, and other integrative methods. My goal is to offer care that is both thoughtful and effective, helping clients create lasting change, not just temporary relief.

I have a special passion for couples and marriage work, helping partners reconnect, repair hurts, and rediscover hope within their relationship. I also enjoy working with adolescents and adults as they navigate seasons of growth, emotional stress, and questions of identity and purpose. No matter your season of life, my desire is to help you feel safe enough to explore your inner world while empowering you to move toward resilience, healing, and hope.

Integrating Faith

For those who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate faith into the therapeutic process, creating space for spiritual and emotional growth to unfold together. I believe healing often happens when people are met with compassion, truth, and grace.

On a Personal Note

When I’m Not In Session

I cherish time with the people I love most. You can often find me making memories with my family, experimenting in the kitchen, getting lost in a good book, or helping my husband with our family business, Superior Fitness. My husband and I have been married since 2008 after meeting at Texas Tech, and we have happily called the Granbury area home since early 2021. Together, we are raising two children who keep our days lively and our hearts full.
